John Fisher College

St John Fisher Established in 1963, John Fisher College was built by the Catholic Church and its community. John Fisher College combines a stimulating and supportive collegiate lifestyle with academic support and pastoral care. John Fisher has recently been refurbished and provides state-of-the-art student accommodation and facilities.

Many rooms have a great view of the Derwent River, Hobart city and/or surrounding hills.

Common areas are located throughout John Fisher College, providing study and recreational areas, laundry facilities and communal cooking and kitchenette areas.

John Fisher College's fully furnished single bedrooms contain:

king single bed, mattress and mattress protector
wardrobe and mirror
heating
desk and drawers
ergonomic study chair
internet connection (for UTAS students only, you must supply your own computer)
security locks
pin boards/white boards

All rooms and residential blocks are non-smoking.
