Free public event this Saturday night 26 March 7:30-9:30pm at Accommodation Services’ Amphitheatre. All UTAS staff and students and the public are invited to come and enjoy views of ‘lights out’ over Hobart City while listening to the music of the Deans Stevenson  and join in the symbolic gesture of lighting a candle for Earth Hour.  Food will be available for purchase.  All welcome. 

(In case of inclement weather, event will be held at Pepperz Café Bar Restaurant, adjacent to the amphitheatre.)

In week seven of Semester Two, the Tasmanian University Union (TUU) runs its annual scavenger hunt. This year a team from Christ College entered. The team spent the week travelling around Hobart collecting items and completing challenges.

Due to the incredible community structure that exists at Accommodation Services, this year's Christ

College team was able to call upon the huge number of friends and co-residents at Christ College, John Fisher College and the University Apartments, with the team managing to source items as obscure as a golf cart, an airplane life jacket and a firemen's truck (complete with crew).

Enjoy live music, hot soup and drink, glowing fires and good company. Slip on beanies and mittens, compete in a 'Best B & M' contest, win valuable prizes. Come help celebrate our community.
