Accommodation Services

The fees for residential accommodation provided by Accommodation Services vary depending on a number of factors, including:

• the location (college and campus choice)
• type of room (e.g. single room, twin room, flat/unit), and
• the duration of your stay.

Our primary business is student accommodation, and as such priority is given to academic year places - however we do offer Summer, Short Stay and Conference accommodation throughout the summer. For casual and conference pricing please see our pricing page and select the applicable rate.

The student fees and charges are applicable to current and prospective students of UTAS or AMC and for stays of longer than five weeks.  Other fees and charges that you may be liable for are contained in the Terms and Conditions of Residence, which you can find on the Forms and Policies page.
