We can take care of accommodation for your sporting team, special interest club or touring group. We regularly host educational groups, sporting camps and teachers’ conferences. UTAS accommodation provides a unique experience at an affordable price.

Other facilities include spacious outdoor areas, barbeques, an on-site games room, plus a range of sporting packages available through UTAS UniGym. Activities can include: aerobics classes, swimming sessions, basketball, netball, football, soccer, tennis, volleyball, badminton, table tennis.
Our on-site restaurant and café provides tasty, low cost options. Ask about our group ‘room and meal’ packages.
Rates include bedding, linen and towels on arrival, heating and on-site car parking. Accommodation is not serviced but free laundry facilities are available on site.
Group accommodation is available from late November to early February.
