Two weeks rent in advance for contract period commencing 17 February 2013.
If you check in before 17 February 2013, you will also need to pay early arrival rent.
Rent is payable fortnightly in advance via Direct Debit from a nominated Australian bank account. Alternatively payments can be made upfront.
If you choose to pay your rent by direct debit, it will be deducted from your account fortnightly in advance. This facility is not available from credit card accounts, or from international bank accounts.
By completing the direct debit form and submitting it to the office you authorise Accommodation Services to deduct from your Australian bank account your fortnightly rent. This means your rent is always paid on time.
The only thing you must remember is to have sufficient money in your bank account on direct debit days. If there is not enough available cash in your bank account and your direct debit is rejected we are charged a fee that is passed onto you. The current direct debit rejection fee is $32.50.
Cash payments less than $1,000 are accepted at the office. For larger payments please contact us and we can assist with direct bank transfer or an alternative payment method.
For your safety please do not bring amounts greater than $1,000 into the office.
We accept Visa and MasterCard EFTPOS payments, but recommend you check with your financial institution if you have a maximum daily transaction limit before attempting large payments (more than $700).
