Direct Debit

If you choose to pay your rent by direct debit, it will be deducted from your account fortnightly in advance. This facility is not available from credit card accounts, or from international bank accounts.

By completing the direct debit form and submitting it to the office you authorise Accommodation Services to deduct from your Australian bank account your fortnightly rent. This means your rent is always paid on time.

The only thing you must remember is to have sufficient money in your bank account on direct debit days.  If there is not enough available cash in your bank account and your direct debit is rejected we are charged a fee that is passed onto you. The current direct debit rejection fee is $32.50.

Cash, EFTPOS or credit card payments

Cash payments less than $1,000 are accepted at the office. For larger payments please contact us and we can assist with direct bank transfer or an alternative payment method.

For your safety please do not bring amounts greater than $1,000 into the office.

We accept Visa and MasterCard EFTPOS payments, but recommend you check with your financial institution if you have a maximum daily transaction limit before attempting large payments (more than $700).

Payments made by credit card can by made:

  • online
  • over the phone - call 6226 6400, or
