For a quick and easy catering option, Saltz Cafe Restaurant provides catering on the Newham campus. When planning your next conference, function or meeting, Saltz can take the trouble out of organising events. All catering is prepared by our team of qualified chefs, using fresh, seasonal produce, sourced locally where possible.
Catering is available only to UTAS staff, and if required can be delivered to your office or meeting room at a nominal charge.
Note: Please retain a copy of all orders submitted and supplied as detailed order information will no longer be included with payment requests through UTAS TechnologyOne after 1 July 2012.

Please note that all breakfasts have a minimum charge of 10 pax unless otherwise specified. Breakfasts 1 and 2 can be provided at various locations on campus at both UTAS and AMC. Breakfasts 3 and 4 are available only in the main dining room. Should you wish to have a breakfast function in another location 1 quote can be provided on request.

Continental and fruit cold buffet (breakfast buffet 2). Scambled Eggs, bacon, hash browns and grilled tomato. Pancakes with maple syrup and cream. Coffee and tea with a selection of bottled juices.
We have 2 levels of coffee break / morning and afternoon tea functions:
Budget - we supply and set up with disposable cups and plates. This is great for staff training and staff meetings.
Standard - we set up with crockery.
Coffee breaks and morning teas are self-serve using percolated coffee.
